Where to Find Migration Assistance

We’ve been listening to your feedback about migrating from the First Generation to the Next Generation of Iris and have created a few tools that we think will offer tremendous value in the transition process.

1. Migration Tool. We are very excited to announce  our Migration Tool is officially available and ready to be used! This tool walks you through the migration process, helping you create a Next Gen account and automatically transitioning your devices for you. You can find it here.

2. Transition Articles. We’ve dedicated a portion of our Support site to providing articles that will help answer many of the questions you may have during the migration process. If you have questions that aren’t answered in these articles, please call the Iris Support Team at (855)469-4747.

3. YouTube Videos. The Iris YouTube channel has playlists that are aimed at helping you learn everything from how to set up your hub to how you can properly pair, unpair and reset devices on the Next Generation platform.

4. App Instructions. Once you’ve successfully migrated and set up your Next Generation ecosystem, use this Support article to learn how to navigate the new Iris by Lowe’s app.
