Earlier this year, Iris introduced Pro Monitoring to back our smart home security devices with 24/7 monitoring for burglary, smoke, fire and carbon monoxide.
Current Iris users who previously self-monitored their Iris smart home security system were now able to enjoy peace of mind with emergency dispatch through UCC, a UL-listed and Five Diamond-rated central monitoring station.
Now it’s even easier for new users to get started with Iris Pro Monitoring.
Introducing the Pro Monitoring Kit
To make getting started with Pro Monitoring even easier, we’re introducing the Iris Pro Monitoring Kit, available online at Lowes.com. Each kit contains four devices you’ll need to arm your home for 24/7 emergency dispatch from UCC.
Take a look at what you’ll find inside the Iris Pro Monitoring Kit.
Iris Smart Hub – The Iris smart hub is the heart of the Iris network, keeping you connected to the compatible smart home devices in your home.
Contact Sensor – The contact sensor is placed on doors or windows throughout the home to trigger an alert once opened. The Iris Pro Monitoring Kit contains one contact sensor and users can increase security around their home by adding additional sensors at their own budget and pace.
Motion Sensor – The Iris motion sensor detects unexpected movement inside the home.
Flexible alarm settings allow users to set their alarms to “On” to fully arm their home once they leave and to “Partial” when they are home and do not want to trigger an alarm as they move around the home.
Iris Smart Fob – The smart fob arms and disarms your security system with the simple click of a button. In addition to the smart fob, users can also arm their Iris system on-the-go or from anywhere using the Iris app.
How to Get Started with Iris Pro Monitoring
