Worked instantly with my SmartThings hub. Used stringify to program-
Good distance about 200 meters outside.
Coordinating the difference between a “press” and a “hold” can be tricky at first..I use this philosophy now “press”=1001

I have 3 fobs. 2 first gen and 1 second gen. When the last keyfob departs, it will automatically turn on the alarm! When you get home it turns it off automatically (most of the time). This is where u need to understand how it works. The hub sends out a ping every 2 minutes to see if a keyfob has arrived. So if you get home and walk right in, sometimes you might beat the 2 minute ping! If so, just press the off button on the keyfob twice to disarm.
